Payment
We accept payment by the following debit and credit cards for online orders:

Mastercard

JCB

Your credit card details are transmitted to us using a secure server (128 bit SSL encryption) and cannot be intercepted by any third party. We then process your payment through Barclays Merchant Services only when we have confirmed your order and arranged for the goods to be despatched.

Credit Facilities
Visitors to our showrooms can pay using the above cards, cash or cheque. Credit facilities are available in store to allow you to spread the cost of your purchase. Interest free credit (Buy Now Pay Later) is also available in store on selected purchases. Please telephone your local Showroom for further details.

Credit Card Charges
We may from time to time add a surcharge to credit card payments to cover the additional costs of this type of transaction. We will clearly show any surcharge on your order if this applies. We currently do not make a surcharge for credit card transactions.

Returns
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you order are suitable for installation into your home. We urge you to check all measurements and installation requirements with the manufacturer before ordering the product. The information contained in our product guides is for guidance only and should be used in conjunction with the manufacturerís specifications and the advice of your own CORGI gas engineer. We may at our discretion allow you to return unwanted goods for exchange or refund. We will make a re-stocking charge of 10% of the product price for this service. Returns must be in pristine, saleable condition and full working order, complete with all parts and undamaged original packaging. Delivery and collection charges may also apply. To arrange a return you should contact us to establish the circumstances and we may then issue an authorised Goods Return Note (GRN) and arrange for the goods to be returned to us. Goods that are returned without a GRN will not be accepted and will be re-delivered to you. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
