Repair Protection Plan
If you have purchase repair cover and your appliance is outside the manufacturer's 1 year guarantee period please call Domestic & General Services Helpline on 08705 99 77 99 available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. They will provide you with details of your local repairer and a repair reference number.

For guarantee work in the first year of ownership contact the appropriate manufacturer from the list above.

**Please note that if a product cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced under the Repair Protection Plan, Gasflair is not responsible for any labour charges or refitting costs incurred.**

Please remember that installing gas appliances is not a DIY job. All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified CORGI registered engineer.

The information given here is a guide only. To confirm suitability of any gas product you should employ a CORGI registered engineer to conduct a site survey and report.
