Product Guide - Delivery and Installation

We will contact you within a few days of placing your order to confirm delivery dates. Goods that are in stock at our warehouse are usually delivered within 5 working days. We will keep you informed on goods that take longer than 5 days to deliver. Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday 8.30am-6.00pm. You must check and sign for the goods. Goods will not be left without a signature. All goods must be delivered to the address provided on your order.

Delivery charges will be added to all orders placed on our web site and will vary depending on the type of product ordered as follows:

Only one delivery charge (the highest) will apply to each order. In some circumstances it may be necessary to deliver part of an order by a different method at a different time or date. In these circumstances only one delivery charge will apply.

*Delivery of some items is not possible to some areas of the UK due to the size or delicate nature of the product. Please email or telephone us to confirm delivery availability of mantelpieces, electric firesuites and marble. In the event of an order being placed for a product we cannot deliver, the option of collection the product from one of our Showrooms or a full refund will be offered.

Orders placed in person at our Showrooms for local delivery may have different delivery charges, contact your nearest store for details. Use the 'Showrooms' tab at the top of this page to see the location of our Showrooms.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you order are suitable for installation into your home. We urge you to check all measurements and installation requirements with the manufacturer before ordering the product. The information contained in our product guides is for guidance only and should be used in conjunction with the manufacturer's specifications and the advice of your own CORGI gas engineer. We may at our discretion allow you to return unwanted goods for exchange or refund. We will make a re-stocking charge of 10% of the product price for this service. Returns must be in pristine, saleable condition and full working order, complete with all parts and undamaged original packaging. Delivery and collection charges may also apply. To arrange a return you should contact us to establish the circumstances and we may then issue an authorised Goods Return Note (GRN) and arrange for the goods to be returned to us. Goods that are returned without a GRN will not be accepted and will be re-delivered to you. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.

Our Showrooms offer an installation service using qualified CORGI registered engineers (No.4974). Installation services are available only within the locality of our Showrooms. All installation prices are subject to survey.

Our installation service includes delivery of the product and is very competitively priced to offer you a complete service. It is not possible to arrange installation of products purchased electronically on our web site or by telephone; you must place your order with our showrooms if you require installation services. Please remember that installing gas appliances is not a DIY job. All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified CORGI registered engineer.

The information given here is a guide only. To confirm suitability of any gas product you should employ a CORGI registered engineer to conduct a site survey and report. The return of an unsuitable product that is not faulty will incur a handling and carriage charge. See our terms and conditions for further details.
